Food and drink
Both terminals have food courts on the lower floors next to the Airport MRT (B1 in Terminal 1, B2 in Terminal 2), useful for a bowl of noodles before a train or a late arrival. Airside, after security, you will find cafes, Taiwanese restaurants and snack bars near the gates. The airport keeps a current dining and shops directory.
Shops
Duty-free stores airside sell spirits, cosmetics and Taiwanese specialties such as pineapple cake and tea. Landside, look for convenience items, pharmacies and phone counters in the arrival halls.
Wi-Fi and charging
Free Wi-Fi covers both terminals (see the airport’s Wi-Fi page), and Airport MRT trains offer free 4G Wi-Fi. Charging points are spread around the gate areas; express trains have sockets too.
Accessibility
The airport offers help for passengers with disabilities, including wheelchairs and accessible transport. Book assistance through your airline at least 48 hours before you fly, and see the airport’s accessibility page. Airport MRT stations have elevators.
Lost property
Items lost in the terminals go to the airport’s lost and found (lost and found page). Things left on the plane are handled by your airline, and items left on the train by Taoyuan Metro.
Medical help
A medical clinic serves both terminals; in an emergency, ask any airport staff member. See medical services.
